Just took up mini painting after a 16 year absence. I've been painting again for 3 weeks and this is mini number 4.

The shade lines may be a tad dark on the skin, especially around the mouth where she appears mustached. Also, clean up that green paint off her right boot. Fix those and I'd give it a 7. I like the eyes too.

I have three comments. One: Do the Vampires of the Underworld have an 'ab-cruncher'? Dang those stomach muscles are nice. Two: What did you use for a light source on this pic? It really looks bright. (just kidding, I know it is a 'daylight' bulb) Three: Seriously nice work for being relatively new. As an 'on again--off again" painter I know what it is like to knock the 'rust off the brush'. I look forward to seeing more of your stuff. Good job.
