CoA Aristotle Class Battleship

Ice blue colour scheme, with plenty of Antarctic Pine decking and a little Malachite Steel infrastructure. The mighty Particle Accelerator beam weapon is powered by the four glowing Sturginium Reactors on the aft deck, separate from the reactors for propulsion drives. If this ship blows, it will blow big.

I like the subtle hightlightin on the carrier panels and the fact you kept it to an arctic home base theme. And it's refreshing to see another color besides green for the sturginium areas. Good job!

Thanks for the comments, guys. The camera is not good at picking up the neon paints. I might practise somewhere, and then touch up the glow on the decks. The points about the shading on the deck panels are correct ... I might try the "realistic" mode to see how it looks. Bases are tricky. Personally I don't like them for this game and with the collision and ramming rules for the game, they make game play harder. But I could magnetise the model to a base for display.

I like the wood work, and love the color choice. While I think the blending for nmm is great, it wouldn't be lighter in the middle of the panel than all the edges unless it was bowed out. Dark in the seam, because light wouldn't be reflecting from there, but immediately out of the seam it would have one spot of reflection. Possibly along most of one edge. Too bad your camera didn't pick up the effect for your sturginium reactors.
