Grey Knight Dreadnought

Well, something bigger than usual. In this one i've tried to reproduce on the dread the basic elements of the GK Terminator Armour (helmet, legs pads ect). Yesterday i saw the new amazing forgeworld GK dread and the central body is what i wanted to achieve (mine is obviosly simpler but the basic idea was that). I think this is not the final version because i want to retouch and add something. If you have some idea and suggestion let me know. A bigger pic can be found at http://www.pbase.com/pega

Great work on the dred. Only the head seems out of place at times. But it still looks cool. Maby you could try adding a bitter look to him to add character, (as GK in dreds are not happy about it). Either way, it looks grest!

great conversion! this is even better than the FW one! Maybe ask GW if they want to buy the idea from you :) - DL, Grand Master Asmodean of the Grey Knights

I understand about the helmet. If the warrior is supposed to be fully enclosed, the helmet is either out of place or should look more like a shrine. If it is supposed to be part of a more primitive design, then it should be carved into the sarcophagus. The things that draw me to the GK terminators, which I think this lacks, are the use of blade weapons and the highly animated poses. Just how much range of motion can one of these things have? I don't know, but seeing one in the midst of some dramatic move owuld be obsenely great.
