One of the most time-consuming re-sculpts and paint jobs I've ever done, but even a few years later (with the improvement that comes with experience), I'm still really happy with it...
I know the sculpt and I know how static the original looks. You did a really fine resculpting work here. Now the Avatar is chaging into battle. The flameditails are well done. The one thing I dont like are the "hard" highlight. Maybe next time try to smooth it up. Layering or a lighter highlight-colour.
