It's a very good paint job, I especially like the eyes. My only critique would be that she looks more like a zombie then a ghost because of the skin color. Maybe brighter green highlights would have given her a more surreal look? It still an excellent job, I'm not quite at this level yet. The base is very well done, Maybe I'll give my next fig a fall base. :)
Yup. I did the same trick with my VIC wolfen. Sometimes in the end, my paint choices makes the mini look so boring and unlively (but yea, she's suppost to be dead. That's beside the point. :P).
Sometimes I have to add more color by adding contrasting colors to the base. Glad it worked. I guess I'm in a "autumn" kind of mood. :)
I like the warm feeling to the figure, which I think is entirely due to the yellow/orange ground clutter. It really gives the figure a "fall" feel to it.
