This is a sculpt on a flat piece of paper. The face is made with green stuff (it cames out of the surface), then I added shadowing and highlighting with acrilic colors. That's simply why I call it 3d minipainting: a very small painting (little bit bigger than an eurocent) with a sculpt on it :)
