Too cute. I think the glow effect should be subtler and more spread out. Typically you get small sharp reflections on shiny surfaces, and broad dull reflections on less shiny surfaces. The green reflection on the shoe is okay, if it's shiny leather, but cloth and especially dirt will be less reflective, so the glow should be more spread out on those.
