(late to the party) Is it just me, or was this inspired by The Giving Tree? I think it's a gorgeous juxtaposition of theme and setting, and for me anyway, that makes this not only one of the best done minis I've ever seen from a technical point, but also one of the most interesting pieces. Interesting seems like such a small word for what I'm trying to say... it grabs my attention, and my imagination, and I'm actually interested in the story it tells. That's what I'm trying to say, I think. Bravo.
