It definitely speaks “Iron Warriors” to me. I like the yellow and black stripes on his back, as well as the chipped paint details.
The bunker/trench looks good, and the bullets are a nice, simple little touch.
However I think there could have been taken a bit more time getting his feet to fit evenly into the base. While the model itself does not permit much flexibility with the feet, the base could have very well been molded to fit around them. It is dirt and mud after all. Right now it just looks like he was placed on a hill by a trench.
I do like the glow of the blue lights under his chest, although I think the lights themselves could have been a little cleaner/brighter for effect.
