Thanks for taking the time to comment guys. This was the second mini I painted after getting back into the hobby and I didn't have a clue about fancy things like tonal variation :-P
If I remember correctly the fur has around two inches of paint on it as I was flailing around trying to work out how this whole shading thing works.
I agree with Mr. Seb on the face part. Hair looks a bit plain though (maybe its from the picture) because it feels all white, I would had introduced some tonal variations in between (pale ochre, greys, light blues-greys) Maybe a dab of some deep blue-purple into the ice shards too.
