I fixed a couple of things on this mini, mostly in the face. The conversion's what I'm most interesting in hearring feedback on though.

I like the conversion. Looks kind of oriental, like samurai armour. Add in the back banner and it's totally oriental. This is an ally with the Tau empire I assume?
