I think that the green gloves are too bright looking overall. But the shadows and highlights on it look fine. I like the shadowing on the boots, but I think you missed shadowing the bottom of her foot. (It's usually darkened more). And the sword needs to be worked on more. (I can't say how. I'm not an expert on it either.) Perhaps the highlighting on it looks a bit crooked?
