I think you actually went TOO far with the shading/highlighting on this one: It appears almost metallike, as if you painted his robe as NMM... I like the overall colourscheme though, and it is a goodlooking mini. And it doesn't surprise me, that 30 of these little guys have taken you so long...
good work, but i think you shoulda made the first 2 layers of highlights cover more area. i find that the colour changed can be very abrupt in this model and the basecolour doesnt really "flow" to the lightest highlight colour
