Have a lot of comments about that - the sword and gun are deliberately left plane black and are gloss varnished (doesnt show so well on the picture) the reason being is that when they were initially painted they detracted from the rest of the model.
Some ppl like it others hate it - i personally like it :) but then again im biased
I think the majority of the painting is very good, but the gun and the sword, look like they have been basecoated ready to take some metallics, but you haven't finished the paint job! Not sure if that is deliberate or not. Good job on the rest though, I love the pink.
