very good paint job, but only one thing throws it off, it seems that you did not clean up the bad cast edges along the hat, you need to file and sand the bad sections smooth (very bad across the bottom sides of the hat)...

Think the layering is rather rough at places, especially the clothes. also, that it lack a bit contrast all over. face is spot on though, great job there!
