So this model won Gold in the 40k vehicles at the 2012 Golden Demon Japan. The base model is a Storm Eagle and it was converted too look more like what I think aStorm Eagle should be.

Amazing looking mini, the weathering is great and I love the subtle conversion work. I hear this model is a pig to put together so a brave entry for GD I think, the base is also very nice but I'm not a fan of the angle the model is positioned at in flight... Not that it's really a problem lol :P
