Goblin Warboss
This paint job took me from 2005 to 2012. Granted, there was a huge gap in between when I wasn't painting the model at all, but when I found him half finished the other day I felt the urge to get him done. It was actually quite a challenge, because my painting style's changed a lot in the last 7 years, so I had to try and match things up. I think I spent about 12 hours getting the first half of the model painted in 2005. Finishing it and making a base took about 2 hours. It's really nice to be much faster at painting these days! :)
