Gorgeous mini. Lots to like here. Shading on the cloak looks nice and smooth, love the little star like dots on the inner cloak. Spiderwebs are a great idea, just need a bit of tidying up. And I love your frontage markers. I'd say good solid 8 - 8.5, but I'll round up to help you off to a good start. :)
