Just a crappy shot of the converted head/hand. The ripped flesh an the neckbone are mad of milliput. I tried to put the head in a different direction, so the thumb would lie above the tortured ear, and the other finger would poke the eye, but it looked very unrealistic. So I decided for the least worse position. -- -- muckelzwerg
