Great neat painting! tho some details are un finished, e.g the jem on his shoulder pad.
also your pic is slighty out of focus, this is due to the camera being too close. Pull back a couple of inches and zoom in a little to compensate and that should sort that out.
Not bad. I like the blending on the cloth. i would blend the shoulder pads a little more. There is a transition line. You might want to go one step higher on the highlights also. One big thing is highlight te skulls. Right now they look the same color as the base. Hightlight the bumps and cables around the face more to make them stand out. Same for the skull on the helmet
