Well, this is not bad for a first work. You obviously have some brush control. The colors don't spill over into the wrong places. I think you could use a lot more highlighting to pick out this dragons serpentine pose. It looks like you tried to highlight his backbone, but it really wasn't enough. The rocks look pretty good, and the gold and jems are fine. I'm not sure how I feel about the gold claws and gold scales. It looks like it has gold scales on one side, but not the other. I think the biggest problem with this mini is that the dragon needs another color. Perhaps if his belly were white. Or maybe you need to define the musculature better with more shading. I'm not sure what it is, but hte dragon seems a little flat. But still, a pretty good job for a first time. Much better than my first.
