Try smoother layering! The transition on the turquoise cloak is pretty jarring, especially on the folds between his legs, which should be in shadow (and therefor darker...) To do smoother layering, you'll need more mixtures of paint between the bright and dark parts. In some places it looks like there is only three different colors of turquoise and not a smooth transition.
