Cecil Sinclair

[Edit - Sept 22, 2016 : So this is called "Deep One in street wear" from what was then a range called Metal Magic who did miniatures for the Call of Cthulhu role playing game. Em4 continues to manufacture the range today. Though he looked like a "Cecil Sinclair", he probably could be called "Robert Olmstead", the student protagonist of Lovecraft's The Shadow Over Innsmouth who loses his hat and kit while fleeing from the titular seaside town. -PR] I made the name up . . . Don't know who makes this or even what it is. Orignially I thought it was a character from the Call of Cthulhu range or under the Dunwhich Detectives line but I couldn't find any reference to him at either place. To me it looked like a guy thrust into the cold (hence holding his coat together) - but he also has an obsequiousness about him too as well as a look of fear on his face. Thus he will be an unwilling henchmen for the forces of evil in my Vampire Wars game I'm putting together. Obviously if you recognize him and/or his manufacturer then let me know . . . :)

Man, that's one disturbing mini. I like how you snuck in the pupil/iris in his eye. And the highlights on his pants looks great. But this boy needs eyebrows sculpted in.
