I would have to agree with 10 ball. Slow down and focus on the mini. Looking at this one, looks like you basecoated and then washed, but the wash pooled in a lot of places. I would go back with the base coat and use that as a first level highlight, then step up to a little lighter skin tone for the second highlight. Also, look for details. He isn't wearing gloves so he would have fingernails. Try to hit the eyes with a white.
Hi, you are really blasting out the work. I think you need to slow down a bit and focus on one mini. Thin your paints and build up more layers to get a better finish.
