Great work, NMM looks really good on this. The weird highlights without bleding gives a cool painterly feel, like an oil painting.

Look alright, but your highlights are really obvious and there is no gradient between layers. In some spots it is worse than others, which make a sloppy looking finish. I would suggest wet blending between layers, or simply making the highlight layers closer to each other so it is less obvious. The base looks great though and overall, the mini is very striking (though not a fan of the cloak).
