I like the overall look. Good depth with the shading. Blood needs some improvement. Might just be pictures, but the darker spots on the wings in the close up look like quick drybrushing. And the feathers under the chin seem to change drastically from those on the beak to those right below it. Other colors blended very well though, the cream color to the brown on the gryphons head looks amazing.
