I started with a set of identical plastic minis and made my first attemps to convert them. Well, conversion is said to much but they do not look the same any longer... The pinting is a low tabletop standart from my point of view.

Ooooooh vintage! Love `em! What would make them more indiviual but not break their teamlook up, would be some various markings. For example chesslike markings on the shoulderpads or a black line over the helmet. Things like that. Very easy to do, huge effect.
