You did your skin like GW tutorials would tell you to. Stop this. The whole dark base coat then make a layer with a mid tone and cover all but a little bit of the darker color does not work. Try starting with the mid tone and shading and highlighting like you would anything else. Then throw some non traditional glazes in there: some cool blues and purples and some hot reds or oranges. Be subtle with these though. Do this in the thinnest of layers for good skin. Mm-Kay??
