Shroud of Blood
This was inspired by all the amazing work I have discovered on this site! I have not painted mini's in about 20 years and recently discovered or came back to it. Its been inspirational and I really enjoy exploring all the new techniques etc presented so graciously here by so many talented artists! This piece is one of GW's plastic figures the cairn wraith. Great model, I really love the concept of a hollow flying sheet of death! I did this for a contest at our local GW store that had a 'white' theme so I went for snow. I originally used the snow flocking but found it to be way too 'hairy' and was helped out with the established current technique by 10ball! thanks man! I hope you enjoy it, Paladin6
