I paint this one with love :) great model wow. Tried to make it more realistic and not to be as a cartoon dragon.

Distinct lack of colour variety? What an absurd statement!! The artist states that he is trying to get a realistic effect and finish. Most living organisms have a limited colour scheme so as to interact more effectively with their environments; 'check out your own skin tones', the leather effect on the wings and the anchient looking scales create a finish that not only looks realistic but allows you to imagine the creature being part camouflaged in the craggy and sparsely vegetated mountain terrain where it may reside. Some close up photos that show the subtle blending may help some people appreciate the time and effort put into a project such as this.

Hard to give a good appreciation, it sure looks good, i like the natural tones, but you really should invest in proper lighting, the yellow light kills all the shades and color tones. So sad, because i think it really is a beautiful work you did.
