Thanks very much for the comments , The scrolls and the wood grain were actually the easiest part thanks to winsor and enwton peat brown ink , which I heartily recommend , I just did the highlighting on the gun then washed over that full str , for the scrolls it was a case of painting them bleached bone and then full str wash with a little extra wash at the bottom
