I wanted to paint a dragon camouflaged to its surroundings. Unfortunately the lava didn't photograph very well. It's made from epoxy putty with cotton smoke. The mound is plastecine, plaster chunks, kitty litter, sealed with diluted white glue.

I love the way he has his head cocked to one side - like he's looking for his mommy. Very nice base; lava looks like it is smoking.

Indeed, the lava looks great and the smoke is quite nice too. Also the color choice on the dragon is very good. It looks a bit shiny though and some more close up pictures of the dragon itself would help.
