This is "Fabrilis", the Warsmith of my Mid-Heresy Iron Warriors 4th Grand Company. The legion symbol on his shield is a freehand and he consists of many various bitz from different sprues.

Looks great! Wish I had more pics from different angles so I could give an accurate rating. You mentioned freehand on the shield but the picture doesn't really show it.
