You have a good sense of colors, shadows and highlights, but you should try more blending the colors by diluting the paint with much more water and add layers by layers with darker or lighter color on smaller and smaller areas, the color transition will be seamless. It is really hard, I only did few minis using this technique but more you practice more you enjoy it and faster you get... Keep painting!
