Looks like a pretty decent paintjob but its hard to see because your flash has washed out all of the details. Try taking this photo again with the flash turned off and the mini just lit with an overhead light or two.

Your photo is a bit too bright. It makes is hard to see the details and judge on color and other qualities. It appears to be a solid paint job from what I can see.
