Back in 4th Ed, I wanted to make a Flying Hive Tyrant using the Red Terror as a base model. When I finally got around to buying all the components, I realized that the Balrog wings were huge, and the Red Terror's body was relatively tiny. After adding a Tyrant Guard body and some green stuff work, this is what I got. When the 5th Ed codex hit, I added a few slight modifications to my original designs and came up with this Harpy.

Ewww - that's one nasty flying critter. I really like the segmented body that has come out of your modification - it makes it a little ant-like which is quite suitable for 'nids. The position looks like the last stage of a nose-dive, but position an Imperial Guardsman in front of the beast, and it's quite a different story. Cool! Keep it up!
