The model is of course heavily based on Arachnarok model. It's first try and I'm going to convert the next one much more. Well why not increase model costs by merging two kits into the one? :)

It's a GREAT idea, although arachnids and insects are not the same thing (Idoubt the average WH40k player would notice ;)). One thing I may suggest tobring back the Gieger-look of it: I always figured a Tervigon like an alien queen, so one could use the Arachnarok head like a torso, mounting on it a Hive tyrant head with a bigger and wider head shield going towards the back. Keep it up man and practiceyour painting: quite precise but a tad too flat
