My latest commission for a local collector. Erkenbrand, from the LotR range. I tried out different textures on the different areas of cloth - from the woven green back (thanks to mattsterbenz for the help and tips!!) , to the "satin" finish on the inside of the cloak, to the rough looking inner "robes." I thought about adding battle damage to the shield, but I liked the way it came out so I didn't end up adding it. Maybe on the next one! Thanks for taking a look - was fun to paint another LotR mini. Can't wait for the Hobbit to come out!
