This is a Truthsayer(?) from Games Workshop from an older WHFB White Dwarf expansion called Dark Shadows. His spear tip has been replaced with the head of a dwarf lord's hammer. I painted up this doll to represent my level 1 Barbarian named Grom when we started our D&D 4th edition game about 2 years ago.
