Deff Dread

Hey guys, My first piece on here. This is my latest deff dread. Took a few weeks to do. Lots of detail, washes, layers, you name it. I'm hoping it's at least better then just tabletop scores! Scheme is basically from a combined kult of speed and bad moons gang. They can't seem to decide who is in charge at any one time, so everything is constantly being repainted...so some bitz are red, some are yellow!

8.3 I llike it. I tell you a trick I use. This is what I tell my students when it's a big plated piece instead of a blending or any if that stuff. Here's what you can do greggles to make the piece , already neatly painted telling me you have grand brush control, take a sponge the one that comes with the blister packs and rip off a corner. Take that and dab it into paint like, dark flesh, scorched brown or rhinox hide. Then dab it onto paper to get off the excess and test the little pattern it leaves. Should leave little marks like chips. Go on a few places the edges especially and dab at the piece creating chips. Then to further the damage and give some depth use some chanmail and make a dot or blob in the middle of the chips and patterns. Underline each chip then with bleached bone to show more depth and voila battle damage . Model looks better as orks are dirty looters and you don't have to do any more. Any questions recipes anything just ask. I'm always willing to share tips.
