The image is Eldrad Ulthran being sucked into the clawing mire of daemonic entity; a direct reference to the 13th Crusade and the Farseer's entrapment (and eternal battle) with the Slaaneshi daemon soul in the Blackstone Fortress. The anti-purity seals echo the Loyalists, while the Slaanesh symbol with the roman numeral 13 is the campaign badge for the 13th Crusade. And the spirit stones are taken from the Eldar slain during the 6th Companies forays. Used as Chosen or as an Aspiring Champion.
