Wolf the barbarian - Salute 2011 entry

"Between the time when the oceans drank Atlantis, and the rise of the sons of Aryas, there was an age undreamed of..." I love barbarians... This was a release by Hasslefree at the beginning of the year and it was one of those MUSTS! Well here is my rendition... As usual, I tried to push myself in some way with this model - the jungle base was entirely sculpted out of Super Sculpey, I have tried to really push the contrast on the flesh tones and I tried a hairy chest/forearms stylee... what do you think? The judges at Salute liked it - he came 1st in Fantasy Single, best fantasy piece and then best in show... so it looks like I am coming over to Crystal Brush next year...!!
