Malya and Mr. Tumn
This was originally intended as an entry for the Adepticon Crystal Brush competition but it soon became clear that I couldn't go to the convention. I made the model anyway, and at least it made it to the convention - even if I didn't! :) The concept of the piece is that Malya, flying along on her mecha racer, startles a rabbit (Mr. Tumn) out of his wits and sends him running in panic away from the tranquil waterfall that he was previously enjoying. The red on the backside of the model is intended to represent the racing lights of one of Malya's competitors (or a sunset, if you prefer).
