Beautiful overall look! Especially the facial expression! That's the first thing that captures my attention. However, two issues that doesn't warrant an 8 (if that's 7.x, it'll get a 7.7). Firstly, although not of prime importance, is the purple colour of the armour. Er...no offence but it's a bit sissy for a chaos lord. A darker and more sombre tone of purple will have suit him better. Secondly, which does have a greater impact on the score, insufficient shading/highlighting on the armour, hair and the runes on the sword. Otherwise, great job!

this is the last base i paint goblin green , i dont like it either, old habits die hard(cough splutter, as he takes another drag on his cigerette and a big gulp of coffee)

I am not a big chaos fan but I do like your mini. It is crisp, clear and very well defined. There are only two things I would have done differently (assuming I could paint as well as you) and that is the Goblin Green base - just my personal hang up and the points of the trophy poles, which look a little plain compared to the rest of the model. Great job!!
