First Tau ive painted Was a little disappointed with the base though any suggestion on how to improve my minatures is appreciated

The base is looking good! The mini could use a bit dark ink and some highlighting after that. Some more colours at the sept-symbol and the backpack... And it is a bit too shiny... but all in all it looks very good.
