yeah, and thin out your white, the highlighting on the armor isn't bad, though its a bit bold, fix the powerfist, and clean up the sholdier pad... also, might want to try to find or convert a black templar banner and not use a Dark Angel!!!
I just looked in the Warhammer 40K main rule book. Hte model isn't suppose to be holding the banner. The lone marine has the banner resting against himself as he fires his bolt pistol. He is also stanging on the bodies of his dead comrades. You should get some Kneadtite (green stuff) to make the banner. The flaky look to the armour is from not thinning your paints enough. If there is a second attempt at this, I would love to see it. message me if you do.
