I am not a fan of the overthetop fake shadows that a lot of people use. This is the best version of this Goldar figure I could find though, so I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not? I can't agree with ScottRandom, this is at best a decent tabletop figure, but keep going and well done.
It's well painted, might I suggest trying out dark red for the shading on the skin instead of the brown? Give it a shot and see if you like it! Well done.
