This is one figure from a set of four "Action Dude" miniatures from the Golgo Island line produced by East Riding Minatures. Basically it's Chuck Norris as Walker Texas Ranger.
Nice. I just bought these miniatures and I can't wait to paint them up, especially the Return of the Dragon Chuck with sideburns and sculpted chest hair.
