I haven't finished the face on this one yet and the base could do with a bit of work but I would be interested to hear your comments as to how it stands at present.

As a work in progress the overall essence of this mini is there . Now it time to smoothen out your layering/highlighting on the hair, face, dress etc. Not bad but I think you have to put many, many more hours into this mini before its ready for public exhibition. All any of us can do is to do our best:)
I think that you need to strengthen the shadows on the dress with a thin wash of a darker version of the dress colour (not Black) would help. Then you could work up the highlights.
