A big improvement over some of your other minis. The vest is very nicely done, the highlight on the shoulderpads is great. The pants have nice color transition, and the boots have a good amount of work too. The chain is the first thing that dropped the score for me, if its suppose to be metal (NMM), it needs a lot more shading and highlighting into a pure white topcoat, it looks too grey like it is now. Also, the skin needs some more depth, maybe an ink wash would help. I like the base, very plain and not too distracting. Have fun!
